SLEEP & BREATHE
4oz Amber Boston Round Dropper Bottle:

Sleep and Breathe is a 40% alcohol tincture of herbs to assist with breathing and sleep. The primary ingredient is Sticky Aster aka New England Aster (Symphyotruchum novae-angliae) which has been shown to improve lung function. Medicinally, New England Aster is antispasmodic, aromatic, a calmative, carminative, decongestant, diaphoretic, expectorant, nervine, relaxant and stimulant. It is especially usefull fro those suffering from COPD, asthma, bronchitis, general shortness of breath and other breathing issues. Some report it to have a mood elevating effect over time.  Sticky aster has a cummulative effect for the indications above and you should notice a marked improvement by day 9 of use.In addition to the above, this tincture contains sleep aids such as Lavender, Pepermint, Passion Flower and Chamomile. The Lavender concentration is especially high to offer relief from minor aches and pains that may keep one from restful sleep. Each herb is tinctured using the tincture from the previous herb to prevent dilution that would occur from mixing separate tinctures. Dosage: One squeeze of the dropper 3 times daily and two before bed.  You may increase this to two for stronger effect, but keep in mind the effects are cummulative so wait at least two weeks in the beginnning before deciding to do so.

Cautions: Not for use if nursing or pregnant. Sticky aster has been shown to temporarily reduce breast milk productuion while being used. Do not use if you are alergic to any of the ingredients in this product. If you are sensitive to aromatics (aromatherapy, air fresheners etc..) or if other natural oils irriate your nasal passages, skin or cause hives, either from skin contact or from breathing them in, this product should be should not be used.


TIPPLE EXTRACT CHAGA TINCTURE:

 The chaga used in this extract is sustainably winter harvested from Wisconsin Paper Birch and kiln dried. This tincture is made from 3 parts finely ground chaga to one part 190 proof pure grain alcohol and purified water. The process includes an 8 week tincture, a 48 hour low heat decoction, a 24 hour high heat decoction, and a 72 hour evaporation. The resulting product contains the compounds of 3 oz of ground chaga for every 4 oz bottle. This is far higher than most commercially available extracts.For enhanced flavor we have added a touch of smoked black birch syrup.This product is not intended to diagnose, cure, treat or prevent any disease.
